Taira is a qualified Female Fitness Coach with 6 young children who regularly shares snippets of her life on the YouTube channel Taira's Family. Her passion is to empower women to become the BEST versions of themselves. Taira believes that you can CREATE the balance needed to look and feel great in the modern world. Taira's Fitness program is designed for every day people and busy mums. Her personal journey led to her competing in Bikini Fitness competitions in 2017. Her current focus is on overall health, fitness and wellbeing.
Your membership will start with an initial consultation via email with Taira to discuss your goals. Taira will then work with you to devise a training plan and nutrition program based on your individual needs. We will then review via email to ensure that you are on the right track a week after you start.
